Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records using Tally ERP

Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact

Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial or service solutions

Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue enhancement

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery





Prepare financial reports, client presentations, and performance updates

Resolve client concerns efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Support the finance team during monthly closing activities and audits

Contribute toward achieving business targets and organizational objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in Accounting and Client/Account Management
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively
