Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior PD Merchandiser with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in the fashion/apparel industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, and coordinating effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end product development for apparel collections from concept to final approval.
Coordinate closely with design, sampling, sourcing, and production teams.
Create, review, and manage tech packs, BOMs, and costing sheets.
Ensure timely sample development, accuracy, and quality checks.
Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per design and costing requirements.
Communicate with vendors/suppliers for updates, negotiations,



and follow-ups.
Track timelines and ensure smooth workflow across all PD stages.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis for product insights.
Prepare range presentations, line sheets, and documentation.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in PD Merchandising (Fashion/Apparel industry).
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
