Department- Business Development

Working Hours & Shift- 09:00 to 18:30

The Head- Business Development will be responsible for driving business growth in the fabrication industry by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The role requires a deep understanding of the fabrication and engineering sector, market trends, and customer needs to generate revenue and ensure business expansion.

Business Growth & Strategy

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify potential clients, industries, and markets for business expansion.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Identify and engage with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events.

Sales & Revenue Generation

Meet and exceed sales targets by securing new projects and repeat business.





Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Track sales performance metrics and report progress to management.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

Keep up-to-date with industry developments, fabrication technologies, and emerging trends.

Work closely with the engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure feasibility and quality of projects.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and networking skills.

Ability to develop and execute business strategies.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

ERP/MRP systems

Proficiency in ERP software for inventory.

Solid working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.

10+ years of experience in business development/sales within the fabrication or engineering industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
