Logistics Coordinator

Operations & Supply Chain

Reporting To: Head of Operations

Enerjazz is looking for a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to manage all supply chain activities for our EV battery distribution network. You will ensure timely dispatches, accurate inventory management, safe handling of lithium-ion batteries, and smooth coordination with transporters, warehouses, and cross-functional teams.

Logistics Execution & Coordination

Manage daily dispatches, inventory flow, and shipment tracking across regions.

Track logistics timelines, freight costs, and transporter performance.

Coordinate closely with transport partners for timely dispatch and delivery.

Warehouse & Compliance

Support warehouse organization, storage planning, and stock accuracy.

Ensure compliance with battery transportation rules, hazardous material norms, and safety SOPs.

Maintain daily/weekly dashboards covering inventory, dispatch TAT, and delays.





Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in logistics and cost optimization.

Support automation, routing tools, and efficient inventory management practices.

Experience in logistics, transport coordination, or supply chain operations (2–5 years).

Strong command of Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ERP/logistics tools.

Good Hindi communication; Experience with EV, automotive distribution, or battery handling.

Understanding of inter-state transport rules and lithium battery compliance norms.
