Position: Social Media Executive

For one of our premium clients, we have an opening for this profile and the candidate will be stationed at the client's office at NIFTEM: 97, Niftem Rd, HSIIDC, Industrial Estate, Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana 131028. We are a leading 360 Advertising agency (now a listed company on the National Stock Exchange) & OOH media owner based in Delhi (India) with time-bound response and quality services as our main forte. Accredited with the Indian Newspaper Society since 1969 and have more than 50 years of experience.

Seeking a skilled Social Media Executive/Manager with 1-2 years of experience. Strong skills in content creation, analytics, and communication are required. Responsibilities of a Social Media Executive/Manager:
Create engaging content and manage posting schedules.
Monitor and engage with the online community.
Provide regular reports on social media metrics.
Collaborate with influencers for outreach.
Integrate SEO strategies into social media efforts.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience:

- Minimum of 1-2 years in social media management or a related field.




- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns.

Content Creation:

- Proficiency in creating engaging content across various formats (text, image, video).
- Solid writing skills with attention to detail.

Community Management:

- Ability to monitor and engage with online communities effectively.
- Experience handling customer inquiries and feedback.

Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey brand messaging effectively across different platforms.

Innovative thinking and ability to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Proficiency in using graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, PR, product).
