Job Title: BESS Sales Executive (Inverter & Battery Sales)
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for inverter and battery products in the assigned territory
Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers, distributors, and channel partners
Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional segments
Ensure partner engagement, training, and profitability




Track dealer performance and support them in achieving targets
Increase brand visibility and awareness in the assigned territory
Collection & Credit Control
Ensure timely collections from dealers and distributors
Minimize financial risk by adhering to company policies
Ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
Customer Relationship Management
Handle queries, complaints, and escalations effectively
Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Track KPIs such as sales growth, conversion ratio, and collection efficiency
B.Tech / Diploma / ITI in Electrical or related field

Experience
~ 1–2 years of experience in sales (preferably inverter, battery, solar, or electrical products)

Robust understanding of channel sales and distribution
Ability to work in a field sales environment
Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory
Willingness to travel extensively
