We're on the lookout for a *Head Of Social* who's got the hustle, the ideas, and the creative smarts to bring those ideas to life. At the heart of this role is one goal: to help our clients grow beautifully online.
Schedule: Monday - Saturday
We are on the hunt for a full-time Head of Social Media to lead and manage our social media and content team. This isn't your typical social media gig; Lead the entire social media team to ensure all promised deliverables to clients are met within promised timelines
Review and approve content calendars before they are sent out for client approvals
Work closely with the creative team to ensure they're delivering creatives as per the clients brief
End to end account management. Manage account reps to ensure they are managing the clients well. Proven past experience in copy writing , influencer marketing , brand campaigns and account management.

Experienced: You have prior content creation , copywriting & account management experience or solid social media marketing experience

You'll be working directly with our founder, Shashank Sivapurapu—a man who's been there, built that, and then built some more. From cold calls to corner offices, Shashank carved his way to becoming the Regional Director at Luxury Escapes, where he led 500+ high-impact strategic marketing campaigns across India's most iconic hotel brands. Today, he's the Creative Director behind some of the freshest campaigns in the industry—including for fashion, hospitality, and lifestyle brands that know how to make a statement.

You'll be brainstorming, building, and launching creative ideas straight from the war room. PS: Free beers on the house every Friday too!
