- Translate operational problems into scalable digital workflows and implementation plans.
- Lead pilot implementations from concept to success metrics.
- Convert pilot learnings into repeatable commercial offerings and GTM content.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account teams for smooth execution.

3–5 years of experience in strategy and implementation, large-scale digital transformation, or B2B
Proven record of leading transformation initiatives or pilot projects that delivered real impact.

- Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or technology-led transformation preferred.
- Experience with SaaS, IoT, or analytics-based solutions is an advantage.
- Solid technical aptitude and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an MBA from leading

Deliver 1–2 validated, ROI-backed digital pilots within assigned industries.
