We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer with experience in the sheet metal and fabrication industry. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, quality compliance, and timely delivery.

Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities in sheet metal and fabrication units.
Ensure production targets are achieved within specified timelines.




Prepare production schedules and coordinate with design, quality, and store departments.
Monitor machine utilization (Laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, etc.) Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
Implement lean manufacturing practices and cost control measures.
Handle manpower planning and shop floor supervision.
Coordinate with maintenance team for machine upkeep and preventive maintenance.
Maintain production reports, MIS reports, and documentation.

Solid knowledge of sheet metal processes (Cutting, Bending, Welding, Fabrication, Assembly).
Understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks (preferred).
Familiarity with production planning tools and ERP systems.
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sheet metal or fabrication industry (Freshers may apply for trainee role).
Knowledge of quality tools and production documentation preferred.
