Understand client requirements, business objectives, budgets, and challenges to propose suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, quotations, and service pitches.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage retention, repeat business, and referrals.
Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal creative, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers and alignment with client expectations.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, proposals, and sales activities using CRM tools or other tracking systems.
Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports,
