Our client is looking for experienced HR professionals to join their Human Resources team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, employee relations, and HR compliance while contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals, company websites, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
Source candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
Maintain an updated recruitment database and candidate records.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular recruitment updates to the reporting manager.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring confidentiality and data security.
Assist in drafting, updating,



and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Support HR documentation and reporting requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Organize employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and HR events.
Address employee queries and provide timely HR support.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Qualified HR certifications will be an added advantage.
HR Assistant : Minimum 3+ years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
HR Officer : Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office.
