We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for Telecom and IT Services roles. The ideal candidate will have robust technical understanding, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent within defined timelines.
Partner with project and delivery teams to understand technical hiring needs.
Manage the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing to on-boarding.
Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or HR.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment within Telecom or IT Services .
- Strong knowledge of skills such as RF Planning, Drive Test, Core, IP, Cloud, and Dev-Ops.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
