We're Tobio's, a passion-driven arts & crafts brand is looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to connect with creators, strengthen our collaborations, and grow our affiliate network. We're looking for a high-performing, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in Shopify and Meta Ads Manager to support our e-commerce operations and marketing campaigns.
You'll work directly with the team to execute tasks quickly and accurately — helping us build, optimize, and grow online stores and ad campaigns.
Create and edit Shopify pages and product listings
Handle basic store configuration (collections, menus, layout tweaks, etc.)
Meta Ads & Marketing Support
Assist with Meta Ads Manager (uploading creatives, managing budgets, duplicating campaigns, tracking performance)
Support the media buying team by keeping ad assets organized and campaigns updated
Handle basic data entry, reporting, and campaign maintenance tasks




General Virtual Assistance
Take transparent instructions and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision
E-commerce experience (minimum 1 year), ideally with Shopify
Experience with Meta Ads Manager / Facebook Ads (uploading ads, managing budgets, etc.)
Excellent English communication skills (professional level, spoken and written)
Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other ad platforms
Knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, or project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, etc.)
Flexible schedule — remote-first
