Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media platforms.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
Manage recruitment documentation, ATS records, and hiring reports.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and volume recruitment initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve recruitment targets.
Stay updated with recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and labor market insights. ATS Recruitment
have minimum 1 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
Robust understanding of non-IT recruitment practices.
Experience hiring for business, operations, sales, finance, HR, customer service, manufacturing, logistics, and administrative roles.




Knowledge of recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.
Passion for recruitment, relationship building, and talent acquisition.
