Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing campaigns, drive brand growth, and manage both online and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
Oversee brand positioning, content, and creative direction
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Manage marketing budgets and agency/vendor coordination
Track campaign performance and prepare reports

Requirements:
