As an FP&A; Manager, you will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, strengthening business performance, and supporting sustainable growth. You will own the consolidated financial model, lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and deliver insights that help leadership make informed decisions. Working closely with Go-to-Market, Research and Development, and General and Administrative teams, you will turn complex financial and operational data into actionable recommendations. Accountabilities: As FP&A; Manager, you will oversee core financial planning activities, develop strategic reporting, and partner with business leaders to improve financial visibility and operational efficiency. Own and continuously improve the consolidated corporate financial model using an FP&A; platform, covering the three financial statements, cash flow, headcount planning, non-personnel spending, and SaaS performance metrics. - Serve as a strategic finance partner to Go-to-Market, Research and Development, and General and Administrative leaders, providing analysis, reporting, and actionable recommendations. - Develop and maintain board reporting packages that communicate financial performance, business trends,



and strategic priorities. - Manage the SaaS metrics framework end to end, including annual recurring revenue (ARR) bridges, gross and net revenue retention, cohort and expansion analysis, customer acquisition cost (CAC) payback, the SaaS magic number, pipeline-to-revenue conversion, and sales capacity modeling. - Manage the revenue commissions process, from compensation plan implementation through commission calculations and payments. - Deliver strategic financial analysis on key business questions, including pricing scenarios, segment profitability, and operational performance. - Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and system efficiency through automation, technology, and AI-enabled tools. - Support fundraising, audit, diligence, and other strategic financial initiatives as needed. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented finance professional with strong modeling capabilities, experience in high-growth businesses, and the ability to influence decisions through clear financial analysis. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and translating complex data into practical business recommendations. 6–10 years of progressive finance experience, with substantial expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and planning. - Experience at a startup or high-growth company, preferably within an organization of approximately 100–1,000 employees. - Excellent attention to detail, strong accountability for work quality, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
