Job Title: Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities

- Counseling: Guide parents regarding admissions, school facilities, academic programs, and fee structure.
- Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective parents and respond to admission inquiries.
- Follow-up: Regularly follow up with interested parents and maintain records of inquiries.
- Admission Closing: Convert prospective inquiries into confirmed admissions by addressing parents’ concerns and guiding them through the admission process.
- Parent Coordination: Maintain professional communication with parents and provide timely admission-related information.
- Admission Records: Maintain updated inquiry databases, call records, and admission status reports.





Working Schedule

- Working Days: Monday to Sunday
- Weekly Off: Tuesday
- Working Hours: 9:15 AM – 5:15 PM
