Customer Service Officer (CSO)

We are hiring Customer Service Officer for broadband sales. The role involves meeting potential customers, generating leads, promoting broadband plans, converting leads into current connections, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and outdoor sales.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, local areas, and direct customer interaction.
- Promote and sell broadband connections, plans, and offers.
- Explain broadband plans, pricing, benefits, and installation process to customers.
- Convert leads into successful broadband connections.
- Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams for customer installation and activation.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification:



10/ 12th Pass / Degree
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of sales experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory
