We are looking for an experienced HR Attendance Lead to manage employee attendance, shift scheduling, leave records, and HR attendance-related activities.

Job Summary

The HR Attendance Lead will be responsible for managing and monitoring daily employee attendance, shift rosters, leave records, late coming, absenteeism, overtime, and attendance-related payroll inputs. The role requires strong coordination with employees, department heads, security, payroll, and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely attendance records.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage and monitor daily employee attendance for all departments and shifts.
- Maintain accurate attendance records through biometric/attendance management systems.
- Prepare and manage shift-wise attendance reports.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding absenteeism, late coming, early leaving, and shift changes.
- Maintain employee leave records and ensure proper approval and documentation.
- Monitor overtime, weekly offs, holidays, and shift allowances.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
