About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Executive to manage social media accounts for multiple clients, develop engaging content, and execute social media strategies that improve brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Develop and execute social media strategies based on client objectives.
- Create and manage content calendars for multiple brands.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to develop engaging content.
- Write creative captions, post copies, hooks, and social media content.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Track engagement, reach, followers, and other social media performance metrics.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
- Handle community management, including comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand campaign requirements.




- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, formats, and best practices.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Good knowledge of social media content strategy and campaign planning.
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinking with a good understanding of current social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in social media management will be preferred.
