ZORBA ESTATES is a Bengaluru-based real estate company working with property owners, buyers, sellers, investors, and businesses. We assist with property discovery, commercial and residential property listings, client coordination, property onboarding, and sales support.

Job Overview

We are looking for an Executive Trainee to support our commercial real estate team. The candidate will work on different activities such as client coordination, property listings, pre-sales, property onboarding, follow-ups, and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the team in day-to-day commercial real estate activities.
- Speak with clients and understand their property requirements.
- Assist with pre-sales calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients, property owners, and internal teams.
- Assist in identifying suitable properties based on client requirements.
- Support the onboarding of new commercial properties.
- Collect property details, photos, pricing, and other information.
- List and update properties on real estate portals.
- Follow up with clients and property owners through calls, WhatsApp, and email.




- Assist with property visits and site coordination when required.
- Maintain client and property details in company records.
- Support the team with emails and other administrative work.
- Handle other tasks assigned by the team based on business requirements.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of email and MS Office.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn about real estate.
- Comfortable with office work and occasional field visits.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
