- Basic computer knowledge is essential

- Jewellery industry experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Candidates from Kannur area will be given preference
- Handle daily showroom billing and customer transactions
- Manage online orders and e-commerce enquiries
- Add and update products, prices, images and descriptions on e-commerce platforms
- Maintain accurate product and order information
- Coordinate online orders from enquiry to dispatch
- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, phone and online channels
- Maintain basic sales and order records
- Support the team with other day-to-day digital and administrative activities
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
