Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with practical knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, Tally, e-Way Bills, and e-Invoicing. The candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day accounting activities and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal and expense entries.
- Prepare and maintain GST-related entries and records.
- Handle GST Portal activities and assist with GST return-related work.
- Prepare and manage TDS entries and related records.
- Generate and manage e-Way Bills.
- Generate and manage e-Invoices as required.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, vouchers and other accounting records.
- Verify purchase and sales invoices for accuracy and GST details.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of accounting reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers and consultants regarding accounting and taxation matters.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned accounting tasks.

Required Skills:

- Positive knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Practical knowledge of GST entries and GST Portal.
- Knowledge of TDS entries and basic TDS compliance.
- Hands-on knowledge of e-Way Bills and e-Invoices.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Good knowledge of ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage work within deadlines.

Eligibility:

- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, e-Way Bills and e-Invoicing will be preferred.
- Candidates should be available to work from the Noida location.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
