Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications & timelines
- Handle RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing & finishing works
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects & vendors
- Monitor manpower, materials, quality & site progress
- Check measurements and quantities
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Ensure quality standards and timely completion of work
- Resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the Project Manager

Requirements

✔ 5+ years of relevant residential construction experience
✔ Strong knowledge of site execution & construction activities
✔ Good understanding of drawings and construction materials
✔ Strong contractor & manpower coordination skills
✔ Positive communication and leadership skills

Pay: ₹21,230.21 - ₹63,394.71 per month
