Role & responsibilities :
Senior Manager PMO | Real Estate
- 10–15 years of experience in Real Estate / Construction PMO.
- Must have experience in both Residential & Commercial projects.
- Robust experience in project planning, monitoring, scheduling, MIS, and project coordination.
- Responsible for tracking project timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Project, Design, Planning, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in handling multiple large-scale projects will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project / Primavera.
