Job Summary

PJ Technosol is hiring Medical Coders for a full-time opportunity in the healthcare domain. We welcome both certified freshers and experienced candidates with 1–3 years of relevant medical coding experience.

The selected candidates will be responsible for reviewing medical records, assigning accurate codes to diagnoses and procedures, ensuring compliance with established coding guidelines, and maintaining coding accuracy and productivity standards.

Important: A valid medical coding certification is mandatory for all applicants, including freshers.

Salary Details

- Freshers / 0–1 Year Experience: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
- Candidates with 1–3 Years of Experience: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Review medical records, clinical documentation, and patient information.
- Assign appropriate medical codes for diagnoses, procedures, and healthcare services.
- Apply relevant medical coding guidelines and standards.
- Ensure coding accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent clinical documentation.
- Perform quality checks and resolve coding discrepancies.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.
- Stay updated with medical coding guidelines, standards, and revisions.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient health information.

Eligibility Criteria





- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related healthcare or science discipline.
- Valid medical coding certification is mandatory for all candidates.
- Freshers with a valid medical coding certification are eligible to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant medical coding experience are preferred for experienced positions.
- Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.

Mandatory Certification Requirement

All applicants must possess a valid medical coding certification, irrespective of their experience level.

Candidates must be able to provide their certification details during the recruitment process. Applications from candidates without the required certification may not be considered.
