Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced US HR Executive with strong knowledge of US immigration processes to support our US staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
" Handle end-to-end US immigration processes (H1B, H4, LCA, OPT, CPT, GC EAD, etc.).
" Maintain and update employee immigration records and compliance documents.
" Coordinate with attorneys and consultants for visa filing and extensions.
" Track visa validity, I-94, passport expiry, and work authorization.
" Assist employees with immigration-related queries and documentation.
" Ensure compliance with US immigration laws and company policies.




" Support HR operations related to onboarding, documentation, and audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
" 1 3 years of experience in US HR / Immigration.
" Strong knowledge of US visa types and immigration procedures.
" Good communication skills (verbal & written).
" Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
" Any degree or master's qualification.
