Job Purpose

To support the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of civil and infrastructure projects within the Downtown District, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, quality, safety, and statutory requirements while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for seamless project execution.

Relevant Experience

- 6-10 years of experience in execution and management of large-scale civil and infrastructure projects.
- Experience in roads, utilities, storm water drains, public realm works, buildings, and related infrastructure development.
- Hands-on experience in contractor management, project monitoring, billing certification, and site coordination.
- Exposure to project planning, scheduling, quality control, safety management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in handling multiple contractors and ensuring compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Experience in value engineering, contract administration, and project documentation management.
- Knowledge of applicable construction codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Financial Dimensions
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling project packages/contracts valued between 50 Cr - 100 Cr.




- Review and certification of contractor bills, variation orders, and budget adherence.
- Support cost optimization initiatives through value engineering and effective project execution.

Other Dimensions
- Managing multiple contractors, subcontractors, and consultant teams.
- Handling contractor manpower strength of 50-100 personnel.
- Coordinating with Operations, P&E;, Contracts, Finance, Safety, and other functional teams.
- Supporting timely completion of project milestones and stakeholder commitments.
