Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for housing finance products such as home loans, LAP loans, mortgage sales, and loan against property.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share in the region by identifying recent business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition and drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in housing finance or related field (NBFC).
- Strong understanding of various types of loans including home loans, LAP loans, mortgage sales, and loan against property.
- Proven track record in managing teams and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
