- Age: Maximum 35 years
- Education: Full-time graduate or above
- Monthly Business Target: 5 crore month-on-month
- Sourcing Channel: DSA channel only
- ROI: 9.5% to 11%
- Location Delhi, Mumbai( Andheri & Thane), Baroda, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Coimbatore, Chennai, Ludhiana, Surat, Indore, Mysore, Warangal, Hyderabad, Vijaywada

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates should have solid experience in Prime LAP sales, an established DSA network, and a proven track record of consistently delivering 5 crore in monthly business through the DSA channel.

Key Responsibilities

- Source Prime LAP business exclusively through DSAs.
- Build and manage relationships with existing and new DSA partners.
- Achieve monthly disbursement targets.
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure adherence to credit and internal policies.
- Drive business at the expected ROI of 9.5%–11%.
