- Source skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers for overseas projects.
- Recruit welders, electricians, plumbers, fabricators, helpers and other technical trades.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, databases and consultants.
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews, trade tests and client selections.
Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in overseas manpower recruitment.
- Experience in Gulf recruitment and blue-collar hiring.
- Positive sourcing, communication and coordination skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and other job portals.
