Role & responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in computer systems.
- Maintain records, registers, files, and official documentation.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare reports and perform routine documentation tasks.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of official information.
- Perform other data entry and administrative duties as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: 03 years; freshers can apply.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 words per minute (WPM).
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Valuable typing accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Eligible candidates are required to visit the M4 Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Head Office for an in-person interview and typing speed test.
