About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Inside Sales Executive (B2B) to manage and grow our existing client portfolio. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our regular business clients, driving repeat business, understanding recurring material/service requirements, preparing accurate commercial quotes in MS Excel, and negotiating to close deals profitably.

Key Responsibilities

- Account Management & Client Calling: Regularly connect with existing B2B accounts via phone and email to track requirements, capture purchase orders, and build long-term relationships.
- Requirement Analysis: Understand technical and commercial specifications provided by clients to recommend appropriate products/solutions.
- Quotation & Commercial Proposals: Prepare commercial quotes using MS Excel.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Client price bargaining, volume discounts, and delivery schedules to close orders while maintaining company profit margins.
- Order Tracking & Coordination:



Coordinate with internal supply chain/dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any fulfillment issues.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales pipelines, order logs, and customer follow-up statuses in CRM

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in B2B Inside Sales / Telesales / Corporate Account Handling.
- Excel Skills: Hands-on proficiency in MS Excel
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English
- Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in B2B price bargaining, objection handling, and relationship management.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, or equivalent preferred).
