Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and implement automation solutions using PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA systems, HMIs (Human-Machine Interface), servo motors, VFD drives, and other industrial automation technologies.

- Program HMI interfaces to monitor and control industrial processes.

- Implement SCADA systems for data acquisition and processing.

- Troubleshoot issues with servo drives, starters, AC/DC motors, and panel designs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize production efficiency through automation implementation.

- Troubleshoot issues related to automated processes and resolve problems promptly to minimize downtime.





- Develop panel designs for electrical control panels and perform wiring harness design for complex systems.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during project execution.
- - Traveling to clients' locations.
- - Meeting with clients to discuss their mechanical or electrical automation needs.
- - Developing and installing machine programs using automation software and custom coding languages.
- - Determining machine automation test criteria before the final installation.
- - Testing automated systems for efficiency, safety, and reliability.
- - Troubleshooting system errors.
- - Overseeing the successful installation of PLC programs.
- - Documenting development processes.
