Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) E-Commerce (B2B) to lead and manage brand coordination, oversee team operations, and drive business growth across online platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, experience in E-Commerce operations, and the ability to optimize sales performance through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team & Performance Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage the E-Commerce team to achieve business targets.
- Monitor team strength, performance, enthusiasm, and shrinkage to maintain high efficiency.
- Set and track KPIs to enhance team productivity and ensure alignment with business goals.

2. Brand & Portal Coordination

- Act as the primary liaison between brands and E-Commerce portals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage brand accounts while ensuring compliance with marketplace policies.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.

3. E-Commerce Operations & Process Management

- Oversee slotting, order processing, PO release/generation, and end-to-end order management.
- Manage B2B processes, ensuring efficient execution of purchase orders and timely delivery.
- Supervise product cataloging and listing across all major E-Commerce platforms.




- Plan and execute FBA shipments, inventory replenishment, and return claims management.

4. Sales Data Analysis & Reporting

- Regularly analyze sales data to identify market trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to senior management.
- Optimize operations and strategies based on data-driven analysis.

5. Logistics & Documentation Handling

- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Oversee documentation, including shipping labels, invoices, and CSV-V shipments.
- Ensure compliance with shipping, returns, and inventory management policies.

Skills & Requirements:

Technical & Analytical Skills:

- Robust MS Excel & Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization.

Leadership & Coordination Skills:

- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent brand and vendor coordination experience.

Additional Requirements:

- UG/PG degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
