Role & responsibilities

- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchase, Quality, and other departments.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays.
- Track material availability, manufacturing activities, and delivery milestones.
- Prepare project status reports, MIS, and progress dashboards.
- Identify project risks and coordinate corrective actions.
- Conduct project review meetings and follow up on pending activities.
- Ensure effective resource planning and timely completion of project milestones.
- Maintain project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Key Skills

- Project Procurement / Purchase experience
- Robust vendor development & negotiation skills
- Focus on on-time material delivery for projects
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- Experience in Manufacturing / Heavy Engineering preferred
