Role & responsibilities

- Deliver measurable rental savings through rent renegotiations, concessions, waivers, and optimization of rentals at underperforming stores.
- Maintain effective landlord relationships and resolve disputes while protecting business interests.
- Achieve commercially viable waivers or reductions against eligible rental escalations through proactive negotiations.
- Resolve property-related store issues within agreed timelines and minimize operational disruption.
- Identify contractual risks and coordinate with Legal to resolve complex landlord and lease-related matters.
- Effectively manage landlord accounts with robust prioritization, follow-up, and execution discipline.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in Retail / Property Acquisition / Relationship Management/ Real Estate
- Strong local corporate network and relationship-building ability
- A proactive and solution-driven mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for building partnerships and driving results
