Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

- Support the Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing departmental operations.
- Handle and support team members.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Guide Team Leads and employees.
- Resolve team issues and escalations.
- Ensure daily work is completed on time.
- Maintain quality and accuracy of work.
- Monitor targets and KPIs.
- Follow company processes and policies.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain documents and records.
- Send updates to management and clients.




- Review reports before submission.

Coordination

- Coordinate with different departments.
- Communicate management updates to the team.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups.

Quality & Inspection

- Review work quality.
- Conduct audits and inspections.
- Identify errors and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company standards.

Training & Support

- Train new employees.
- Support team performance improvement.
- Motivate and guide team members.

Client & Management Communication

- Attend meetings.
- Handle client queries and escalations.
- Share project status updates with higher management.
