Role & responsibilities

- Design and execute load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability tests for healthcare applications.
- Develop and maintain JMeter scripts/Test Complete scripts/ Selenium scripts for APIs, web apps and healthcare protocols (including WADO-RS, WADO-URI, FHIR, DICOM REST if applicable).
- Build workload models reflecting real hospital workflows such as image retrieval, order creation,reporting workflows, viewer performance, etc.
- Perform root cause analysis for bottlenecks in PACS/RIS/HIS systems.

Mandatory:

- 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing
- Robust hands-on experience with Apache JMeter
- Practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform
- Hands-on with Datadog APM, logs, dashboards
- Scripting skills: Test Complete, Selenium
- Deep understanding of API protocols: REST, HTTP, microservices
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software testing practices, including generating test cases, test data,and automation scripts using generative AI tools.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work closely with developers, QA, DevOps.
- Excellent documentation and communication
- Proactive and detail-oriented
