- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability.
