We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to Digital Transformation initiatives and Avaloq platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Agile delivery, PI Planning, stakeholder management, and business analysis within banking and wealth management environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Drive requirement workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
- Participate actively in Program Increment (PI) Planning and Agile ceremonies.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with development, testing, and release teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support Avaloq-related functional changes, configurations, releases, and enhancements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
- Contribute to digital transformation and process optimization initiatives.

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience working in digital environments and transformation initiatives.




- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, PI Planning, and Agile ways of working.
- Excellent Business Analysis skills including:
- Requirement Gathering
- Process Mapping
- Gap Analysis
- Stakeholder Management
- Documentation

- Hands-on experience working in Avaloq environments, including:

- Functional Change Management
- Configuration Support
- Release Management
- Understanding of Avaloq delivery constraints

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Retail Banking domains.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe BA, Protected Agilist, or equivalent are advantageous.
