Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Tele sales Executive to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with potential customers, present our products/services, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Pitching: Conduct direct sales pitches, cold calls, and product demonstrations confidently.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on potential leads, understand customer requirements, and convert them into successful sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with regional clients by addressing their queries effectively.
- Market Penetration:



Identify new sales opportunities within regional markets and execute targeted sales strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, customer feedback, and daily activities in English.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication of English and Hindi Language.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary passed in any stream (Management or Marketing background is a plus).
- Traits: Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
