Key Skills and Accountabilities
- Optimize consumable utilization across twisting and weaving processes
- Coordinate and encourage team participation in TQM, QCC and other improvement initiatives
- Guarantee protected operations across the plant regarding people, material, and machinery
- Strategize and execute daily production parameters for integrated twisting and weaving workflows to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with standards (ISO 9000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and statutory requirements
- Mitigate quality risks by streamlining customer complaint resolution and lowering Non-Conformance (NC) counts
- Standardize inventory benchmarks through robust OPM and WIP tracking
- Develop workforce capabilities on the shop floor via structured functional training and skill-matrix progression
