Job Description ADG Senior Analyst (UI/UX Design)

Experience: 3–5 Years
Mandatory Skills: UI/UX Design, Banking Domain, Design Principles

Job Responsibilities:

- Design user-friendly interfaces for banking applications and digital platforms.
- Apply UI/UX design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability best practices.
- Understand banking workflows, customer journeys, and financial products.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback.

Required Skills:

- 3–5 years of relevant UI/UX Design experience.
- Robust knowledge of Banking Domain and Design Principles.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of wireframes,



prototypes, user journeys, and usability testing.
