- Visit residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and vacant land properties for valuation assignments.
- Measure and verify site dimensions, built-up area, land area, road width, access, boundaries, occupancy, construction stage, and physical condition of the property.
- Collect clear site photographs, location details, GPS coordinates, approach road details, neighborhood information, and market observations.
- Review basic property documents such as sale deed, khata, tax paid receipt, approved plan, layout plan, conversion order, RERA details, and other supporting documents as applicable.
- Identify and report site-level observations such as boundary mismatch, extra land, road widening proposal, landlocked access, drainage, OS/litigation references, schedule mismatch, or document deficiency.




- Prepare accurate valuation reports in the prescribed format using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Coordinate with reporting, operations, customer support, and senior valuation team members for timely case completion.
- Update case status, site visit details, pending documents, and remarks in internal trackers or reporting systems.
- Maintain quality, accuracy, confidentiality, and qualified conduct during site visits and client interactions.
- Stay updated on local market rates, property trends, construction quality, valuation methods, and basic property-related regulations.
