Salary: Based on experience and interview performance
1. Job ResponsibilitiesVisit shops and meet new merchants.
2. Explain PhonePe products and services.
3. Register and onboard new merchants.
4. Generate leads and increase business.
5. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
6. Maintain good relationships with merchants.
7. Follow up with merchants regularly.
8. Help resolve basic merchant issues.
9. Complete required documentation.
10. Submit daily sales reports.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months of experience in field sales or business development.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and market visits.
- Basic smartphone knowledge.
