Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Bakery Commi to prepare breads, cookies, biscuits, crackers, pastries, and other bakery products while maintaining quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare bakery and pastry products as per standard recipes.
- Handle ingredient measurement, mixing, dough preparation, baking, and finishing.
- Maintain product quality, taste, texture, and presentation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workstations.
- Minimize ingredient wastage and meet daily production schedules.

Qualifications:

- Intermediate, Diploma, or certification in Bakery, Pastry, or Culinary Arts preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in bakery production.
- Knowledge of breads, cookies, biscuits, pastries, and baking techniques.
- Experience with healthy, whole wheat, millet-based, or eggless products is an added advantage.
- Positive teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
