2. Proficiency in handling a team is must

3. Managing various aspects of retail is expected from the candidate

4. Experience of minimum 3 yrs at similar position in retail is expected

5. The candidate should know the retail KPIs and be able to run a retail store together with handling a team of 10 members.

6. The candidate should be aggressive in his approach to lead a team and achieve the desired results.
