Job Overview- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand I-KIT Lab's presence across schools and educational institutions. The candidate will engage with school management, present our innovative STEAM solutions and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach mid-market and premium K–12 schools to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct school visits, client meetings, presentations and demonstrations of STEAM, Robotics and AI Lab solutions.
- Prepare customized business proposals, quotations and technical presentations.
- Build strong relationships with school owners, principals,



management teams and educational trusts.
- Lead negotiations, close business deals and manage client relationships.
- Coordinate payment follow-ups, client onboarding and post-sales support.
- Represent I-KIT Lab at educational conferences, workshops and industry events.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline, CRM records and regular business development reports.
- Candidate RequirementsEducation: BBA, B.Tech, MBA or a relevant degree.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Ed-Tech sales, school education sales or business development.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with STEAM education, Robotics, AI or educational technology is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent presentation, public-speaking, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel locally and across the assigned region for school visits.
