Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Location: L-30, Kirti Nagar, Current Delhi

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident Pre-Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and generate qualified leads for Bhawani Fitness’s health and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact potential leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.

* Follow up with interested customers and explain our programs.

* Understand customer requirements and qualify leads for the sales team.

* Schedule consultations and appointments for the sales team.

* Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM/software regularly.

* Ensure timely follow-ups to improve lead conversion.

* Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.

Required Skills





* Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

* Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.

* Ability to handle customer queries and follow up consistently.

* A target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.

Job Details

* Working Days: Monday to Saturday

* Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

* Work Mode: Work From Office

* Location: L-30, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi

* Salary: As per interview and experience
